Drought Level IVb
Chickamauga is under a Level IVb Drought level through Dec 31 2008 All outdoor water uses are allowed on an odd-even basis 2 days per week between 12 AM and 10 AM. Odd addresses may water on Thursdays and Sundays; even addresses may water on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The only restrictions are washing hard surfaces such as streets gutters sidewalks and driveways. Swimming pools may be filled without restrictions on day or time.

three (3) disconnections, customer is required to pay a Security
Deposit, which is double the highest bill for the past twelve
(12) months, plus any outstanding bill and reconnection fees.
Checks
returned to our Office due to insufficient funds will pay
a returned check charge of $20.00. After three (3) returned
checks your account must be paid in cash or money order.
Failure
to receive a bill does not entitle delayed payment
