After three (3) disconnections, customer is required to pay a Security Deposit, which is double the highest bill for the past twelve (12) months, plus any outstanding bill and reconnection fees.

Checks returned to our Office due to insufficient funds will pay a returned check charge of $20.00. After three (3) returned checks your account must be paid in cash or money order.

Failure to receive a bill does not entitle delayed payment
